Reverence Mare Hotel - Adults Only - Palma Nova (Mallorca)

While the hotel looks gorgeous, i was appalled by the locked sky lounge bar service and annoying bathroom leaks. A little complimentary gesture would've been expected considering my stay. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Shame as it has potential but really lacks basic amenities and attention to guest comfort.

Bright and impressive place with kind staff from reception to maids. Prime and fab location, 15 minutes' walk to carwash. Great restaurant at a short distance from the hotel. Late check out.

The pool area was clean and the location was prime, right by the centre of Palmanova as well as the bus stop and taxi rank immediately outside. The breakfast was extensive and extraordinary and there were plenty of options. The vibe here was quiet.

Rooms seem to lack consistency in maintenance levels!!! Privacy in bathroom areas could be improved, especially with strange layouts!!! Communication during check-out could be better. Felt dismissed when reporting a lost item!!!

This hotel is a gem! With gorgeous pools, access to beautiful Palma Nova Beach, and really good gym facilities, it's a dream for relaxation. The staff is attentive, and the breakfast is a good spread. The Double Room with Sea View enhances the experience. A blissful stay awaits!

For the money you spend on this place is fantastic...There is so much to do around the location surrounded by a few bars showing football it doesn't matter because you're so cool and cocooned and safe and it's a great place

Very diverse and delicious dishes, fruits, desserts at breakfasts and dinners. Good location. Quiet in and around the hotel.

Cleaning is very superficial and always at different times.

The rooftop experience was enjoyable, but the lack of an adequate shaded area made lounging uncomfortable. Staff occasionally struggled with the breakfast service.

The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Platja de Palmanova...

The restaurant was clean with welcoming staff, we ordered delicious dishes.

Really good place to unwind under the sun by the splendid pool area and within considerable comfort offered by the spa.

New hotel with good comfort facilities

The staff must be trained urgently since some workers are not only strongly incompetent (in particular reception) but also extremely unfriendly. Surely many are also unmotivated because they work for very little salary. However, the positive atmosphere of the venue is also lost as a result!

The hotel offered great service, and the pool area was always lively. We enjoyed using the bike station to explore the beautiful guided routes and took a nice sailing trip. Definitely considering going back for more relaxation under the sun and some tasting workshops.

The experience was slightly marred by a rude interaction with a staff member at the bar during checkout. Their attitude was dismissive, which affected our overall impression.

We liked the calm zone up on the roof.

I can't think of anything - Our expectations have been fulfilled.
